Richard Hradek comes from Bank of America and serves as our Chief Digital Officer for all technology, web development and user experience services. Richard is able to integrate design and branding elements with technological solutions, and create properly integrated solutions with smooth and impactful user experiences.

Our leadership team also includes Thomas Hradek, who serves as the Chief Technology Officer and specializes in online application architecture, website programming, software development and matching business requirements to technical solutions. Thomas Hradek honed his skills and expertise while serving as a technology lead at the New York Times and was instrumental in developing their $30 million "Sales Order System" which managed all their online properties and integrated with corporate.
